Clive founded Redcliffe in 1987 followed by LCS professional Services (management consultancy) in 2010. He was the majority shareholder, CEO and Chairman for 26 years, In December 2013 he successfully disposed of the Redcliffe element of his business. At the time of sale Redcliffe had a turnover of £14+ million, employed 250 personal providing full facility management to clients through out the Wider Midlands area of the UK.

In 2006 he was awarded the Midlands Business Director of the Year by the Institute of Directors. Clive continues to be active in a number of organisations including, CEO of LCS Professional Services, his management consultancy company, Chair of the Lunar Society, as well as being a Trustee of various charities.

He has a wealth of experience in strategic company development across a range of sectors from education to tourism and leisure. He is also a trustee of our parent charity, Evnia, and a Deputy Lieutenant for the County.
