Laura has over 15 years’ experience in the water sector in operational leadership roles at Severn Trent Water. She has led a large operational back-office team across a range of functions from specialist billing to collections activities, championed various work programmes to improve performance across customer satisfaction, complaints reduction and cost to service, before spending several years as a relationship manager, focused on building relationships and the strategy to support customers in vulnerable circumstances. Joining Auriga in 2019, she worked for over two years in the Business Development team before moving into her current Head of Service Delivery role.

She lives in Sutton Coldfield, and outside of work, enjoys spending time with her family. With a lively cocker spaniel, Laura enjoys spending lots of time outside in the countryside and holidays away within the UK or further afield whenever she can.
